Strong arms are important for carrying things around and lifting.
Arms exercises will help you to get a stronger, leaner, and tighter upper body.
In addition, each upper body exercise includes whole-body movements that help to elevate your heart rate.
We use a pair of dumbbells, per 1 kg. But if you don't have dumbbells you can use 2 bottles of water instead.
