Day 3 of the Quick and spicy program is the Arms workout. You will need a pair of dumbbells, per 1 kg weight. If you don't have dumbbells you can use two bottles of water or any other hand weights. Join me on the mat and let's get started.
Day 4 of the Quick and spicy program is a Lower body workout. So, we are focusing on the legs and butt. You don't need any equipment. I'll see you on the mat.
It’s Day 5, the last day of the Quick and spicy program. Today we have an ABS class. Get ready for intensive and challenging abs and core workouts. You don't need any equipment for this class.
