HIIT and Pilates is a combination of two completely different forms of exercising. HIIT is High intensity interval training, while pilates is low intensity and focuses on improving flexibility, which makes these 2 types of exercising perfect together. Workout is structured by 2 circles, we repeat each circle twice and in each circle we have 5 exercises. We are exercising with a timer, so 45 seconds ON and we 15 seconds to rest.
