Why Core? Because I can´t stress enough how important for you is to have strong and, at the same time, Core which is able to move freely in all directions.
I can´t explain what exactly core is, because core is everything. Yes, it includes abs, some muscles of your gluts, back muscles, even some leg muscles….but, while you´ll be performing the exercises, in this challenge you will feel that, your whole legs and arms are part of this core too.
