FULL BODY PILATES WORKOUT with lots of Stretching and Toning is really complete workout. After this Full Body Pilates Workout you will feel really energised. Firstly, we are starting with standing exercises which includes challenging plié series, squat and lunge. This will help you to define inner thighs, glutei and hamstrings. Secondly, nice series of plank exercises will make your core stronger and will stimulate whole body. Plank is great exercise for your abs and can help burn belly fat. It can improve your stability and overall body strength. Core and abdominal muscles are part of this workout, as well as spine mobility and back exercises. Spine mobility and back exercises are part of my daily routine. To conclude and round up a whole body we have stretching and breathing routine at the end. Don’t ever skip stretching exercises, it may seams useless but it keeps the muscles flexible and strong, and joints healthy. Breathing technique in pilates is very important. For instance, it helps to focus on what we are doing, to improve lungs capacity and flow of oxygen through our body.
