If you want to get rid of thigh fat, there is no better way than exercising. But, to have the best results repeat this workout for 10 days and include well balanced diet. No specific diet is suggested for losing legs fat, but it is always better if you choose fruits and vegetables. Also, high-fiber food can help you to reduce weights, for instance.
In addition to this workout, you can also get leaner legs faster if you add speed walking or running in your weekly fitness routine. If you like inside walking, use treadmill incline, or if you are more nature lover, go out on the hill.
