Abs and Core - Mindful Program is aimed to awaken your deep core muscles. We will learn how to control muscles and build a body-mind connection, in order to achieve better results.
We have 5 low-impact classes as a part of this program + one bonus mindfulness meditation class. This program is gentle and for every level, but is very effective and so challenging at the same time.

We are starting this program with an abs and core workout in a lying down position and finishing the class with a breathing exercise.
Day 2 / All-4 and Plank + Posture che...
For day 2, we have pilates series in all 4 position and plank. In the end, we talk about posture and have a quick meditation.
Day 3 / C-curve series + Meditation -...
The c curve series is an amazing way to make your core stronger. At the end of this class, we have a meditation with a focus on core activation.
