We are starting this program with an abs and core workout in a lying down position and finishing the class with a breathing exercise.
For day 2, we have pilates series in all 4 position and plank. In the end, we talk about posture and have a quick meditation.
The c curve series is an amazing way to make your core stronger. At the end of this class, we have a meditation with a focus on core activation.
Besides this amazing elbow reverse abs series today we have a special breathing exercise. Square breathing meditation will help you reduce stress and relax your body, mind, and soul.
