Today we have two completely different forms of exercising combined together / it´s called HIIT Pilates.
HIIT is High intensity interval training, and we do short bursts and alternate with low-intensity movements. Pilates, on the other hand, focuses on improving strength and flexibility which makes these 2 types of exercising perfect combination.
So the Workout is structured by 2 circles, we repeat each circle twice and in each circle we have 6 exercises.
Each exercise is 45 seconds, and we have 15 seconds between each exercise for rest.
First we´re do a warm up and than I´ll set a timer and we´´l start with 1 circle.
