Welcome to Day 1 and a Full body workout. This is a very quick but effective class, created especially for the holidays. If you don't have time for a full workout, don't stress I have got you covered with this amazing quick class. You need only your mat and a small space in your apartment or wherever you want. Let's get started.

Day 2 Butt
For Day 2 of the Quick and spicy program, we have a nice butt workout. We are going to target the muscles of your booty from different angles. It will be a quick but really challenging class. You are going to love it.

Day 3 Arms
Day 3 of the Quick and spicy program is the Arms workout. You will need a pair of dumbbells, per 1 kg weight. If you don't have dumbbells you can use two bottles of water or any other hand weights. Join me on the mat and let's get started.

Day 4 Lower body
Day 4 of the Quick and spicy program is a Lower body workout. So, we are focusing on the legs and butt. You don't need any equipment. I'll see you on the mat.
