She’s been joining me on the mat since she was just 3 months old, so she’s already a little Pilates pro! In this session, I want to share how we move together, how she plays beside me, and how I stay active during my postpartum recovery. We’re at home, keeping it simple—you only need a mat. Let’s get started!
