Detox Pilates is a 5-day program created to help your body detox and de-bloat. In this program, you will find lots of twisting and stretching yogalates exercises.
This program is perfect as a post-holiday or post-travel routine. In this 5-day program, you will find lots of twisting, stretching, and yoga/pilates exercises. The Detox Pilates program is beginner-level friendly, but it will be challenging for the intermediate level as well.

  • Day 1 Detox Pilates

    For day 1 of the Detox Pilates program, we are starting with the lotus pose and all 4 position. We are finishing this 28-minute class with a nice stretching.

  • Day 2 Detox Pilates

    Welcome to day 2 of Detox Pilates, a 5-day program created to help your body detox and de-bloat. We are starting today with exercises for the spine and back in a sitting-down position. We will engage deep core muscles and relieve body tension and stiffness.

  • Day 3 Detox Pilates

    On Day 3 of the Detox Pilates program, we have a full-body workout. You will find lots of twisting in the standing position. 

  • Day 4 Detox Pilates

    Day 4 of the Detox Pilates program has for you a lot of side kneeling exercises. We will target deep core muscles and stretch the whole body with this nice detox class.

  • Day 5 Detox Pilates

    Back strengthening and stretching + abs and core exercises are what you can expect on the last day of our Detox Pilates program.
